Urgent appeal to find missing ferret

A FRIENDLY pet ferret has gone missing from Ayr’s York Street, on the north side of the harbour.

And the frantic owner of Nipper, a 10-month old ferret, is anxious to see him returned.

She said: “He’s a great wee pet, very affectionate. Nipper is an albino with pink eyes.

“And we’ve sadly heard from our vet that he has cancer in his left eye.”

Nipper bolted out the front door, but his owner says if anyone sees him he can be lured by peanut butter and raisins – his two favourite foods.
