Bonnie the bearded collie helps with puzzles

BONNIE the bearded collie likes to bound up to the breakfast table.

The five-month-old pup belongs to Stephen McKnight, of Ayr.

He said: “She gets up to the table at breakfast when we are doing the crossword first thing in the morning.

“I can't work out if she is trying to answer six across, six letters, famous film star collie beginning with the letter L,” he joked.

“Or maybe she just wants to eat my toast.”
