Renault tunes in to extras
RENAULT is putting a focus on connectivity to help turn up sales volumes.
A total of 11 special edition cars from the French car maker feature a range of option packages aimed at making significant savings on normal prices.
But the key item on each model in the I-Music line-up is MP3 connectivity - an item that Renault hopes will prove to be popular with tech-savvy sound lovers.
The packaging bundles air conditioning, alloy wheels, front fog lights, brushed aluminium-effect door mirrors, Bluetooth hands-free equipment and TunePoint connectivity at prices that represent savings of between £600 and £930 compared with the cost of items ordered separately.
It is available on Clio three-door, Clio five-door, Clio Sport Tourer, Modus, Grand Modus, Kangoo, Mégane Hatch, Mégane Coupé, Mégane Sport Tourer, Scénic and Grand Scénic models.
