Stunner Kirsty wins wedding show contest

PRETTY Kirsty Anderson is set to become one of Ayrshire’s best known faces.

The 21-year-old has been named as the poster girl for next year’s Wedding Show at Ayr racecourse.

The Kirkmichael girl also receives a range of goodies, from a £400 wedding cake to an overnight stay for four at the Western House.

Kirsty said: “My mum and I attended this year’s Wedding Show and I entered the competition then and thought no more about until I heard from show organiser Jean Kerr that I’d won the prize.

“I am so excited and am looking forward to all the aspects of the prize including the overnight stay at Western House.”

Jean added: ”We had a great response to the competition with more than 100 girls entering and in Kirsty I feel we have someone who will be a great ambassador the 2010 Ayrshire Wedding Show.”
