Save the Children art event opens at Rozelle

THE Save the Children annual art exhibition and sale, now in its 15th year, will open in the Maclaurin Galleries at Rozelle Park, Ayr, on Monday, October 6.

The exhibition will run until Sunday, November 2 and is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sundays from 2pm to 5pm.

Erni Upton FRSA, originally from Ayr, but who now lives in Shropshire where he is an established artist, has donated an oil painting of Shell Sand Beach, Iona that will be raffled in aid of Save the Children during the exhibition.

Christmas cards in aid of Save the Children will also be on sale at the gallery during the exhibition.
