DESPITE all the New Year resolutions made with great sincerity in January, now that we have reached the end of the summer many of us are still not as fit as we would like to be.
What to do for the best?
First of all don't expect miracles overnight. To acquire a lean, strong, body you have to get into the habit of exercising regularly, week in–week out.
But your form of exercise need not be the monotonous pounding of a treadmill or often hazardous running in the streets.
