MacDonald Brothers chase Guinness record

THE MacDonald Brothers will bid to play a world record number of gigs in seven days.

Craig and Brian are aiming for 50 live performances and in-store CD signings to launch their new album.

And the boys believe they’ll head straight for the Guinness Book of World Records if they’re successful.

The duo kick off their bid on Sunday, October 12 and visit Asda in Ayr at 7pm that night.

Their album, Young Celts, is expected to be their third to reach the Scottish top ten.
