TENS of thousands of visitors flocked to Ayrshire as the annual Burns an’ a’ That Festival proved a roaring success.
From the headline event of Rock At The Racecourse to the smaller treats around the county, the festival delivered on all fronts.
Legendary rockers Status Quo and From The Jam attracted a crowd of 6500 to Ayr Racecourse on Saturday night.
The party atmosphere lasted throughout the eight-day festival as top musicians and comedians descended on Ayrshire to celebrate the Bard.
Eddi Reader was the star attraction at the Mauchline Holy Fair, which attracted thousands to the streets on sunny Saturday.
And there was whisky tasting, an arts and crafts fair, Burns’ breakfasts, walks around Ayr and Alloway, and much more.
