Grab a bargain book at charity shop

IN reply to C. Dunlop who wrote in to complain that she found books in charity shops too expensive and cheaper in the shops. I would like to direct her to the sizeable book department at Capability Scotland in Newmarket Street (across from Toy Town).

There is a large book department with a selection of books to suit everyone. All books are at the bargain price of only 75p. There is also a children’s section with books at 35p each.

A trip in is a must for all avid book readers. With new titles going out every day.

Donations are always welcome and the shop is open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 5pm.
