I WOULD like to thank all the generous people in Ayrshire who replied to my request for information in regards to my uncle's plane crash in Balig Farm April 1943.

To use the modern vernacular I was blown away and gob smacked at the generous generosity of the readers response to that notice.

I would like to thank all those wonderful people in Ayrshire who supplied me with the information. I will attempt to reply to everybody as soon as possible.
