Litter is in a Bard way

I WONDER what the great man Robert Burns would think of his home town of Ayr if he came back today.

Litter discarded in every street would be enough to make him greet. But being the great poet, he would probably pen a couple of lines - “Oh Ayrshire Yins, Please use the bins”.
