I just wanted a panto ticket

I HAVE tried now for over a week to get through to the box office to book panto seats at the Gaiety.

I have phoned the box office about 18 times now, and the answer is always the same ‘all our operators are busy, please try later’, then I am told the office is open 11am to 4pm, so I sent an enquiry, but still have not had an answer. It now will be too late to book and think I may have to go to Glasgow instead.

I live 60 miles away, and it’s not as if I can turn up on their doorstep to get information. I wonder how many ticket sales they have lost, or are they already fully booked? I will never know as I can’t get an answer on the phone.

I feel better having had a moan, but would rather have had a laugh at what is normally a great production!
