Thanks for helping mum

WHAT wonderful people we have in Ayr and throughout Scotland!

As my elderly mother bent down at her bus stop, two people stole her handbag! A young mother and her small child chased after this couple and managed to retrieve the bag before the contents were stolen.

My mother suffers a great deal of pain with osteoarthritis, and it was a fantastic act of service and compassion by this young mother to help a stranger in time of need.

As she was distressed at the time by the incident, she did not manage to thank the young lady for all the help she gave her. She truly is a heroine!

Whoever you are... a tremendous thank you!
