Appeal for witnesses

MID afternoon on Friday, October 17, my daughter was travelling at a moderate speed (a passer-by witnessed this) along East Road in Prestwick on her yellow motorbike.

A white van shot out of Biggart Road into her path. This driver pulled into the Golf Club turning to go out again, he looked up the road to where my daughter lay badly injured then drove off.

My daughter sustained severe head injuries, eye and hearing impairment and numerous body breaks, which will, if she’s lucky, take many months to heal!

If it is at all possible I would like to make this report an appeal for the driver, if he has any conscience, to do the decent thing and come forward.
