Golf week was a great success
ON behalf of all the amateur golfers who took part in this years Ayr Golf Week, I would like to say a big thank you to Nancy, Pamela and all the team from South Ayrshire Council connected to the competition.
Held at Belleisle/Seafield at the beginning of June this year, it is a fantastically well run event year in, year out, with Nancy and the girls doing great work to make the competition run smoothly.
Another huge thank you should go to Kevin Johnstone, head greenkeeper. His imagination and hard work, is there for all to see.
What a turnaround for a course which deserves to be best in Ayrshire. Thanks again, and see you all next year.
