Residents foot bill for clean-up

THE same or different caravan people are back at their regular site beside ASDA on the old Heathfield airfield and the previous mess of constructional materials and other rubbish has not been cleared away.

Why this is allowed by South Ayrshire Council who would prosecute council tax-payers caught depositing a fraction of the amount?

My complaint is not about the caravan people being there but about the mess, when they get away with it and when they don't pay a council tax. What will SAC squirm in reply? Something like: "There's nothing we can do about it because they have human rights."

SAC, hiding behind their numbers, don't worry about it because they know that they can get away with further increasing the appallingly high council tax to those who do pay and who do complain about the mess, for, bizarrely, in the cop-out world of authority, it's the wrongdoers who are given more rights over the right-doers.
