COYLE WATER FISHERY (Coylton): the fly pond has fished very well with fish taking all types of small flies fished slowly.

Bait pond: C. Curtis from Ayr caught three fish weighing 7.2 lb using power bait, J. Gribbon from Ayr two fish weighing 4.75 lb, S. Wilson from Coylton two fish weighing 5.2 lb, G. Edmonds from Cumnock four fish weighing 9.3 lb, M. McClintock from New Cumnock three fish weighing 6.5 lb.

Fly pond: M. Grayson from Ayr caught and released eight fish using a variety of buzzers, Mr. McAllister from Ayr caught and released six using a white cats whisker lure, J. Kerr from Auchinleck caught a nice rainbow trout weighing 2.7 lb, L. Hutchison from Ayr caught and released four using a cdc dry fly, D. Craig from Ayr caught and released four using a variety of buzzers, S. Deaton from Kilmarnock caught and released three using a yellow owl dry fly, M.Denton from Ayr caught and released three using a caldy dry fly.

BURNS TROUT FISHERY (Tarbolton): fly pond: D Lindsay two for 6lb, John Hainey two for 5lb 14oz, Titch two for 4lb 14oz, Tam Boyle four for 8lb, B Nesbit two for 4lb 14oz, J Provment one for 2lb 4oz, Richard Patton two for 4lb 6oz, Mr Docherty one for 2lb, A McKay two for 4lb 4oz, I Jess two for 5lb 9oz, D Hamilton two for 4lb, J Fox one for 1lb 8oz.

Bait pond: M Poole four for 7lb 10oz, W Ritchie two for 3lb 8oz, T Green two for 4lb 8oz, R Purdie four for 7lb 12oz, T McDonald two for 4lb 4oz, S Watson four for 8lb 2oz, A Todman four for 7lb 8oz, Mr McDonald two for 4lb, G Muir four for 8lb, F Hill (age 5) one for 2lb 6oz, A Hill two for 3lb 10oz, A Ingram three for 6lb 8oz.

SPRINGWATER (Dalrymple):Fly pond starting to pick up now we are back to normal, stocking best catch was SAM hillis from Liverpool who released five on small nymphs. Bait pond picking up as well, best catch was Mr Allan with three fish and old Alex, two fish best bait worm and power bait coarse pond fishing well for silvers still some good carp getting caught. Local expert Dezz got a nice ghost carp of over 18 lbs,

the d and t security grab a grand qualifier was won by local angler Mike Weed who now joins his son Ewan in the final at Springwater in October.
