Tennis: Prestwick youngsters serve up a feast

BUDDING young players served up a feast of action in the autumn Jan de Vries sponsored leagues at Prestwick Tennis Centre.

The leagues ran on six Saturday and Sunday evenings throughout autumn and winter with around 80 players competing in singles matchplay within nine different divisions.

The club thanks sponsorship from Jan de Vries Healthcare for these leagues which provide a great opportunity for many of the club’s juniors to compete and practise the work they have been doing in the training squads.
