PRESTWICK ace Josh Neil continued his good run of form at the Glasgow under 15 championships.
He won the singles, dropping only one set and that was in his final game which he clinched in three. Josh then teamed up with Ben Torrance to beat Adam Hall (Mauchline) and Jordan Gilvear (Falkirk) in the final of the doubles.
Adam and Ben also reached the semi final of the singles but were beaten by Jordan and Josh respectively.
There were good performances from fellow Mauchline players Gavin Lowe and James Milton, Gavin reaching the semi-final of doubles and James winning the ‘B’ event doubles.
In the under 19 event, Shereen Spittal (Mauchline) was runner-up in the singles. Emma Cook (Mauchline) and Caitlin Pringle (Renfrew) beat Shereen and Gail Woodburn (Mauchline) in the doubles final while Kilmarnock's Robert Lynch took the boys’ doubles playing with Ryan Clunie.
