BUSY swimmers from the South Ayrshire Swim Team clocked up more than 200 swims in their annual club championships at the Citadel.
Guests included Provost Winnie Sloan, Council leader Hugh Hunter, Sports Council chairman Chris Carlyle, West district president Trish Deans along with some life time members of the club.
During the meet, 19 club records were broken: eight for 15/o, four for 13/14, one for 11/12, two for 9/10 and four for 8/u age groups.
The overall age group winners were: Bill Collin Cups: 8/u: girls: Caitlin Duffy; boys: Marshall Illingworth; Kyle and Carrick Sports Council Trophies: 9/10: Naomi Hunter and Kieran Brand; David Murray Trophy: 11/12 girls: Gillian Graham; The Donald McLean Cup: 11/12 boys: Andrew Hunter; Land O’Burns Cup: 13/14 girls: Nicole Duffy; Bailie Wyburn Trophy: 13/14 boys: Scott Jackson; T. Arthur Morrison Trophy: 15/o girls: Alix Picken; Royal Highland Fusilier Cup: 15/o boys: Perran Cater; Kenny McKenzie Memorial Trophies for the fastest boy and girl in the 100m butterfly: Scott Jackson and Sarah Morrison.
