Ayrodynamic Triathlon Club hold duathlon at Auchincruive

AYRODYNAMIC Triathlon Club's annual duathlon will take place on Sunday (April 17) at Oswald Hall, Auchincruive, Ayr.

The racing kicks off at 10am for the 5k run, 20k cycle, 5k run. The estate is on the banks of the river Ayr, a couple of miles from the town on the B743 near Mossblown.

The run sections will be entirely off-road within the estate grounds, on a mixture of tarmac and gravel paths. The cycle section will consist of two laps of an undulating loop around the estate, through Annbank and Mossblown, on scenic roads.
