Ayr Seaforth plan race double header

nGET on your marks for a five mile trail race and 3k family fun run.

Ayr Seaforth are organising the double header for Dam Park on Wednesday, August 25.

The 3k (1.9 mile) family fun starts at 6.30pm, entry fee £1 with medal to all finishers. Registration from 5.30pm.

Runners will enjoy a well marshalled one loop course through Craigie Estate with start and finish within the stadium

The senior five mile trail race follows at 7.15pm, entry fee £8 or £6 for Scottish Athletics members. For details contact www.ayrseaforth.co.uk
