Pamela, who attended Patna Primary and Doon Academy, was quickly a star when she went to America on a golf scholarship when only 17. She now plays on the European women’s tour

Now she will be one of nine new inductees at a ceremony in Lakeland in March.

Pamela earned NGCA first-team All-American honours each of her three seasons at Florida Southern.

Pamela was a three-time All-Sunshine State Conference selection, earning golfer of the year honours in 2005. Her 76.28 career stroke average ranks third in FSC history.

She still holds the programme record for lowest four-round tournament score, firing a one-over-par 293 at the 2005 NCAA DII Championship.
