Gol: Double first for lady golfers at Turnberry

IT WAS a double first for Turnberry lady golfers Liz Brown and Linda Henderson.
For the pair each grabbed a club championship trophy for the first time.
Liz is club champion after defeating Angela Sharp in the final.
And Linda Henderson took the bronze title, beating last year’s winner Linda Nimmo.
Full marks to all four ladies for battling wet and windy conditions on finals day.
