Job well Dunn at Belleisle

STEWART DUNN of the host club won Sunday’s Ayr Belleisle Open, sponsored by Reid Scott & Ross in association with County Saab.

A full field of 180 took part in conditions which were very blustery all day long. The course had been set up beautifully by Kevin Johnston and his team.

Kevin McGhee (Muirkirk) set the early pace with a net 68 but Dunn came in with a net 67 to hold off all others. Chris McGhee (Tam O'Shanter) ran him close later with a net 68. Chris Harkins (Ayr Belleisle) had the best scratch score of 71.
