April start for Ayrshire Ladies County
CENTENARY celebrating Ayrshire Ladies County Golf Association have a busy year ahead.
The season kicks off with the county championship and quaich finals at Glasgow Gailes from April 14 to 16.
May sees the West of Scotland Championship at Prestwick on Sunday 3rd followed by the Inter County Foursomes and Commonwealth Spoons at Largs on Tuesday 5th.
June: Tuesday 9: Quaich and qualifier for McCall salver (Irvine Ravenspark); Wednesday 17: Junior inter county matches – Kennedy Salver (Clober); Monday 22 to Wednesday 24: West inter county matches (Strathaven).
July: Tuesday 14: Summer meeting – Centenary Quaich (Loudoun); August: Tuesday 11: Coronation Medals (Skelmorlie); Sunday 16: Ladies St Nicholas Trophy (Juniors) (Annanhill).
September: Tuesday 8: Thistle Brooches (Kilbirnie); October: Tuesday 13 – Quaich (Seafield); November: Tuesday 17 - AGM at West Kilbride.

lIrvine Ravenspark take a 4-2 lead into the second leg of their Ayrshire Winter League semi final at Troon Welbeck on Sunday.
