Schools’ football: Ayrshire beat Lothian

AYRSHIRE are off to a flying start in the Scottish Schools Under 18 National Trophy.

They beat Lothian 3-0 in their first sectional game at Edinburgh with goals from Ryan McKie (Irvine Royal), Liam Steel (Stewarton) and Michael Lennox (St Matthews).

Their next game is at home to West Lothian on Wednesday, November 10, venue to be confirmed.
