OLD foes Cumnock and Auchinleck Talbot got together on Sunday to remember former Townhead keeper Graham Potter.
The popular shot stopper died during a training weekend trip to Durham in July.
Sunday’s game for the Friendship Cup, donated by Robert Kyle of the Royal Hotel, ended all square with the teams sharing the silverware.
Gary McMenamin fired ‘Nock ahead but Sean McIlroy equalised, beating schoolboy Jordan McLean who played the last few minutes in goal. Graham had given his autographed gloves to Jordan who was one of his biggest fans.
Graham’s nephews Scott and Ross had Uncle Graham on the back of their jerseys while the Cumnock strip has Graham’s name on the front.
