Troon Ladies march on after win over Hamilton Accies

TROON ladies are marching on after a 5-2 win over Hamilton Accies at Portland Park.

But they had to battle hard in a tight game. Claire Masterson converted a Kirsten McNab cross for an interval lead.

Accies equalised but Troon regained the lead through an Alison Duncan penalty after Masterson was tripped. A double from Jillian Campbell and a strike from Gemma Canning made it five before Accies got one back. Troon now have a free week before returning away to Kilwinning.
