Auchinleck Talbot will fight White's red card

AUCHINLECK Talbot are set to appeal Stephen White’s first red card of his career.

The former Annbank midfielder was sent off with 30 minutes to go of Saturday’s 2-1 win over Lanark.

But White’s red took the shine off. Boss Tommy Sloan said: “I think the referee was the only person who deemed his challenge to be dangerous. Stephen has only a handful of bookings and I thought it was harsh.”
