Cup final Caley warm up in style

SCOTTISH Cup finalists Caledonian won the age 17 Presidents Cup, beating Prestwick 4-0 at Dam Park.

Adam Black hit a double with other goals coming from Jordan Duncan and Iain Reid.

It leaves the lads in great heart for their big final against Easterhouse Thistle at Airdrie on Sunday May 3.

KSC United beat Southside FC 3-1 in the age 19 Presidents Cup final while the age 16 Wallace Gemmell Cup went to Clark Drive who beat Ayr Boswell Thistle 1-0 after extra-time.

There are three more cup finals at Dam Park on Saturday. 10am: age 13 James Young Cup: Ayr Boswell v Glenafton; 12 noon: age 14 BFM Cup: Ayr Boswell v Cumnock; 2pm: age 17: William Nisbett Cup: Hawkhill Rovs v Winlinton Wolves Youth. Admission is £2 and £1.
