Premier League: Auchinleck Utd (promoted), Broomlands, Clark Drive, Dean Th, Galston Utd, Glenburn MW (promoted third placed club), Hurlford Th, Knockentiber, Mauchline Utd, Mossblown, Troon Ams, West Kilbride (promoted).

First Division: Ardrossan CR, Broomfield Rovs, Carrick (promoted), Dailly, Dalry Utd (promoted fourth placed club), Darvel Vics (relegated), Largs Utd, Lochan (promoted third placed club), Newmilns Ves (relegated), Onthank (promoted), Tarbolton, Winlinton.

Second Division: Ardeer Rovs (relegated), Belmont, Beith (promoted third placed club), Catrine (relegated), Dalmellington Utd (promoted), Fenwick Th, Girdle Toll Utd, Kilmarnock Town, Minishant, New Cumnock Afton, Stevenston Utd (promoted), Whitletts Victoria (promoted fourth placed club).

Changes of name: Whitletts Victoria (formerly Monkton Th) and Ayr Thistle (formerly BFP Prestwick).
