Ayr Boswell lift festival trophy
THE Scottish sevens soccer festival produced some Ayrshire winners when the event came to Ayr.
Ayr Boswell won the under 15 cup after a dramatic 4-2 penalty shooutout victory over Northern Irish side Carryduff Colts.
And Boswell’s 14s won the plate competition with a 5-0 thumping of their Carryduff counterparts.
Ayr Thistle lost out 1-0 in the 15s plate final to Glenrothes Strollers Colts.
