FANS are already planning a semi-final invasion and have vowed to make it a day toremember.
Ayr United shop boss Ronnie McJannet says he will run at least 10 buses to the eagerly awaited clash against Kilmarnock.
And far travelled fan John Grigor had a bus filled within an hour of Tuesday’s draw.
McJannet said: “Ayr playing Kilmarnock in a national semi-final is the stuff of dreams.
“The whole of Ayrshire will be up for this game. It’s taken 101 years for this to happen and I still can’t believe it.”
Grigor, who plans to take six buses, claimed: “My phone hasn’t stopped ringing since the draw was made.
“I already have one bus full and hope to take another five.”
