Ayr United fans set to invade Airdrie

AYR fans are set to invade Airdrie for Sunday’s second leg of the play-off final.

And there are plans to open a second stand to accommodate the Black and White army.

Ayr will be allocated the 2750 capacity east stand. But officials are prepared to open a second 1850 seat stand behind the goal if necessary.

Admission is £15, OAPs £10 and concessions £5 with parent/child £20. Ayr fans should enter through turnstiles 13 to 18.

Buses for Airdrie: Somerset Park at 1.15pm, seats £5 from Ronnie McJannet (tel: 880622 or 07843 413119). The Steamboat are running buses leaving St Andrews Hotel at 1.15pm. Tickets are £7 and £3 for under 14s accompanied by an adult. Contact John Grigor (tel: 07903 561025).
