Seaforth trio will run for west

THREE Ayr Seaforth athletes have been selected for the west district cross country team.
Under 13 girl Emma Vallely and under 15 stars Finlay Rae and Sarah Cassells will run in inter district championships at Holyrood Park on January 10.
