Ayrshire north bowlers face crunch Hamilton Trophy tie against Stirling

Ayrshire south have all but qualified for the quarter-finals of the Hamilton Trophy.

But Ayrshire north shot themselves in the foot by losing to Dunbartonshire west last weekend.

North must now beat Stirling west on Saturday as Renfrewshire West and Clackmannan, who are on the same points as them, are expected to win against the two counties at the foot.

It could be an exciting and tense Saturday afternoon.
