Ayrshire bowlers need their Sunday best

AYRSHIRE bid to keep on track for the Hamilton Trophy when they face Angus at Brechin in the quarter-finals on Sunday.

The coach will leave Ayr Racecourse at 8.30am and Kilmarnock Townholm at 9am in order to be at Brechin for a 1pm start.

lLADESIDE of Kilbirnie BC won the Ayrshire Cup with +49 shots. Runners-up were Crosshouse with +43 shots.

The overall score was 2581 shots for the home clubs (coast) and 2289 shots for the away clubs (inland), a victory of +292 shots for the coast.
