DAVID McHARG (Dreghorn) is the new Ayrshire singles champion after beating Derek McClue (Ochiltree) 21-12 at Wattfield on Saturday.

Martin Williamson (Irvine Park) retained the junior singles with a 21-14 win over Stuart Christie (Crooksmoss).

Tarbolton’s Jordan Slaven turned in a fine display of bowling to take the youths’ title, edging out Ryan Gill (Riccarton) 21-18.
