PRESTWICK won Ayr Trophies Committee’s McLean Bowl on Monday for the first time since 1988.

They finished with +51 shots to pip Crooksmoss by four. Northfield were third on +23.

The Westwater Cup gets underway on Monday with four first round ties. Ayr v Craigie (at Crooksmoss); Wattfield v Prestwick (at Seafield); Forehill v Peter Boyle (at Wattfield); Seafield v Newton Park (at Kincaidston).
