David’s a first time winner

DAVID SLAVEN has won the Ayr and Prestwick Seniors Bowling singles at the first time of asking.

The Prestwick player beat Alex McCann (Kincaidston) 21-13 in the final, the second year in a row that Alex has fallen at the final hurdle.

Pairs winners were Ayr’s Robert Berretti and Archie Scott who beat Andy Lambert and Bud Carlton (Northfield) 17-10 in the final.

Northfield won the league after a tight finish.
