Auchinleck step up to the Premier
AUCHINLECK gents clinched promotion to the Premier League with a 13 shot win over Ardrossan at home.
That leaves them two points ahead of second placed Galleon and 151 shots better off.

The juniors lost by ten shots at home to Prestwick in the second leg of the Bobby Sutherland Trophy and went down by 17 shots on aggregate.

Auchinleck’s Josephine Williamson, Elaine McKenzie and Marjorie Kirkwood beat Irvine 27-5 at Ayr to qualify for the final of the Ayrshire Championships against Ayr at Prestwick on April 6.
In the pairs, Bertha Burns and Margaret Bingham lost 23-6 to Ardrossan in the semi-final.
Craig McClue, Ryan Robinson, David McLelland and Craig Wilson won only one of their three games in the SYIBA Dales fours.
