Putin the Vlad back into Hip Hop
RUSSIAN Prime Minister Vladimir Putin last week attended a Hip Hop television show in an aim to boost his ailing public ratings.
"Battle for Respect", produced by Muz TV, featured the Russian PM presenting awards to young musicians participating in the awards.
