MPs call for 'more co-operation'

Political will is needed if the level of co-operation between Holyrood and Westminster is to be improved, a committee of MPs said.

Members of Westminster`s Scottish Affairs Committee issued the warning in a new report looking at the recommendations made by the Calman Commission.

The MPs on the committee specifically considered the part of the Calman report which looked at how to strengthen relationships between the UK and Scottish administrations.
