Police car in canal plunge
A police car ended up in a canal after its driver lost control while responding to a call out.
The two officers inside the vehicle escaped and were "safe and well" following the crash in East Dunbartonshire, Strathclyde Police said.
The car left the road at around 11pm on Sunday night and landed in the Forth and Clyde Canal in Kirkintilloch.
