Path death treated as suspicious

Detectives are treating the death of a 64-year-old man as suspicious after his body was found on a path in a city.

The man was found near flats in Cathkin View Place, in the Mount Florida area of Glasgow, at around 9.30pm on Saturday, Strathclyde Police said.

A post-mortem has been completed but the results are being withheld until further tests, including toxicology tests, are carried out.
