Two in court over street death
Two people have appeared in court in connection with the death of an insurance broker.
The body of Alan Bennett, 56, was found in an Aberdeen street on Saturday.
Paul Balgowan, 23, from Aberdeen, appeared at the city's sheriff court charged with murder and conspiracy to rob. Julie Carroll, 24, also from Aberdeen, faced a charge of conspiracy to rob.
