Loch tragedy man named

A young man who died after getting into difficulty in a loch on one of the hottest days of the year has been named by police.

Barry McCourt died on Monday after an accident at Hogganfield Loch, in the north of Glasgow.

Emergency services launched a search at around 5.15pm after a caller told them that a man had entered the water and was out of sight.
