Cathy Jamieson meets Cumnock Academy's MSYP

LOCAL MSP Cathy Jamieson was delighted to meet Amy Frew, Cumnock Academy's newly elected Member of the Scottish Youth Parliament, on her recent visit to the school.

Cathy Jamieson MSP said: "Congratulations to Amy on being elected to the Scottish Youth Parliament.

The Youth Parliament has been working along with politicians at Holyrood to highlight the views of Scotland's young people.

I hope that Amy enjoys her new role of representing the views of other young people in Cumnock."
