Ayr advanced motorists welcome new members
AYR and District Advanced Motorists Group recently held their AGM and welcomed members aged from 17 to 86.
The youngest member is Chris McCallion, 17, and the oldest Stewart Monro, 86.
Under discussion were new initiatives which accompany their free driving courses – the subsidised test for under 26-year-old drivers and older driver checks.
The group is a charity operated by volunteers and new members, sponsors, and anyone interested in furthering road safety, are welcome to come along to Ayr Fire Station any Tuesday at 7pm or telephone 07903 661677 for further information.
